The Trainee Service Advisor will be responsible for initiating engaging conversations with our customers, identifying their requirements and assisting them with service enquiries and bookings. You will maintain meticulous records of your interactions and customer feedback to continuously refine your approach.

As a Trainee Service Advisor, you will also act as a brand ambassador, promoting the highest standards of courtesy and integrity when interacting with our Service Customers. This involves liaising with the service technicians as required and focusing on delivering results and exceeding customer expectations.
