Customer Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Development Manager to join our team in Caboolture.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with exceptional customer relationship building skills and a passion for sales and business development.

Job Description

The Customer Development Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our target customers, understanding their needs, proactively solving their problems, and identifying areas to grow their business with us.

You will work closely with our Channel Manager and Branch Managers to build effective, productive relationships with our customers and drive sales and gross margin performance in your territory.

This role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to acquire new accounts and liaise with customers and company stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent customer relationship building skills
  • Possession of a valid Australian driver's license
  • Experience using CRM systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
