We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Customer Development Manager. The successful candidate will have excellent sales and relationship-building skills, with a passion for the automotive industry.

About the Opportunity:
A fantastic opportunity has become available as a Customer Development Manager for the area of Caboolture. With direction from both your Channel Manager and Branch Managers at NAPAs that you support, you will build effective relationships with our target customers. Through these relationships, you will understand their needs, proactively solve problems, and identify areas to grow their business with us. You are ultimately responsible for sales and gross margin performance of your territory.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers
- Develop business plans to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and develop solutions
- Monitor and report on sales performance and make recommendations for improvement
About You:
You are a results-driven individual with a proven track record in sales or business development. You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
