About this role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Customer Development Manager to join our team in Caboolture. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building effective relationships with our target customers, understanding their needs, and identifying opportunities to grow their business with us.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about the automotive industry and has a proven track record in account management and business development. You will have strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • You will attend and participate in regular sales meetings, trade shows, and training sessions to stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
  • You will achieve sales targets through proactive and innovative approaches, utilizing CRM systems to manage customer interactions and relationships.
  • You will liaise with customers and company stakeholders to build strong relationships and drive business growth.
  • You will have a valid Australian driver's licence and a passion for all things automotive.
