Key role for an HR Coordinator to support our team and ensure the smooth operation of our organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment process: post job ads, screen resumes, conduct interviews and onboard new employees.
  • Maintain employee records, including personal information, contract details and performance evaluations.
  • Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide guidance on company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies regarding employee matters.
  • Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures.
  • Plan and organize company events and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with managers to resolve employee relations issues and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Conduct exit interviews and handle voluntary employee separations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in HR coordination or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions, policies and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
