You will be responsible for managing payroll, ensuring accuracy across rosters and timesheets, handling end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, supporting managers with HR processes and policies, maintaining employee records and compliance documentation, coordinating training, development, and retention initiatives, assisting with visa processes and documentation, and driving employee engagement and fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

As an HR Coordinator, you will be the primary contact for all People & Culture matters onsite. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing payroll and ensuring accuracy across rosters and timesheets
  • Handling end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for venue roles
  • Supporting managers with HR processes and policies
  • Maintaining employee records and compliance documentation
  • Coordinating training, development, and retention initiatives
  • Assisting with visa processes and documentation as needed
  • Driving employee engagement and fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture
