Job Title: HR Operations Specialist

This role requires a hands-on professional who can manage the end-to-end operational functions within the People & Culture function. The ideal candidate will have relevant tertiary qualifications and demonstrated experience in HR operations.

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual who can work closely with the Head of P&C and P&C Coordinator to deliver a seamless employee experience. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing operational functions such as recruitment, talent management, and benefits administration
  • Providing support to business leaders on all employee relations matters
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the operational responsibilities of the People & Culture function as it applies to our employees across Australia, New Zealand, and offshore.
