Job Title: HR Services Officer

About the Role:

The successful candidate will provide exceptional support to internal and external stakeholders, making a real impact across our organisation. They will be part of our dynamic HR Operations team, focused on streamlining and enhancing services to empower our people and leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide quality customer-focused services to meet business needs.
  • Apply knowledge and skills to resolve queries in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Escalate queries where necessary to ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain knowledge of policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • At least 2 years' experience providing HR operations support.
  • Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Experience with HR systems advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
