Delivering exceptional services through innovation and a people-first approach is at the core of our mission. We are currently seeking a highly organised and driven HR Coordinator to join our People & Culture team.

This role will play a critical part in supporting our HR operations across recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and employee relations. As a hands-on role where no two days are the same,you'll be the first point of contact for HR enquiries, ensuring smooth processes and an exceptional employee experience.

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Prepare contracts, compliance documents, and maintain HR records.
  • Support managers with HR queries, Award interpretation, and Fair Work compliance.
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing accurate employee data.
  • Maintain HR systems and ensure up-to-date employee files.
  • Coordinate training, inductions, and compliance requirements (police checks, licences, etc.).
  • Provide general HR administrative and project support.

We're looking for someone with previous experience in HR coordination, administration, or a related HR role. You should have strong knowledge of Fair Work Act and Awards, excellent organisational skills, and strong communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment is essential.
