About the Role
We are seeking a talented Recruitment Coordinator to join our Amazon Web Services (AWS) Talent Acquisition team in the Asia-Pacific region.
Your core role will focus on coordination of interview scheduling activities to delight candidates and provide a best-in-class interviewing experience. You will work collaboratively with stakeholders committed to the recruitment journey.
This is a 12-month fixed-term position, offering an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Schedule interviews across the Asia-Pacific region, ensuring seamless candidate experiences.
- Provide timely follow-up correspondence to candidates via email.
- Coordinate onsite written assessments and track recruiting activities for weekly reporting.
- Identify opportunities to enhance candidate experience and scheduling efficiency.
- Educate clients on the recruiting process and roles involved.
- Arrange travel and accommodation for domestic and international candidates, as needed.
- Vendor Engagement: Manage vendors/agencies on recruitment activities and candidate status.
**Requirements**
- 1+ years of recruiting, coordination, administration, logistics, HR or equivalent experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Experience with basic web-based tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint).
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Degree or diploma in HR or a related field.
- Experience working in fast-paced, quickly changing environments.
- Technical tracking system/softwares experience (ATS).
