Salary: Up to $70,000 per annum (pro-rata), plus 11.5% superannuation, with salary packaging options available.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People & Culture team. The successful candidate will be responsible for attracting and recruiting top talent to support our research initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job postings.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating reference checks.
  • Respond to candidate inquiries and provide timely updates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Support the development of recruitment strategies to attract diverse talent.
  • Track recruitment metrics and prepare reports to inform future recruitment initiatives.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR support roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and recruitment platforms, such as Workday and LinkedIn.
