We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our dynamic team based in Rosebery.

The successful candidate will report directly to the People & Culture Manager and be responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes, including role evaluation, advertising channels, screening, and interview coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from start to finish
  • Coordinate onboarding processes for new staff members, including setting up induction schedules and necessary documentation
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records throughout the employee life cycle
  • Ensure seamless integration of HR systems, data accuracy, and compliance with relevant legislation
  • Collaborate with the HR team on various projects and initiatives as needed
  • Provide support for the HR Manager on ad-hoc tasks

Requirements

  • Possession of a tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within the team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion

Compensation Package

We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. This figure is estimated based on the market rate for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator in Sydney, taking into account factors such as location, industry standards, and required qualifications.
