About the Role

As the Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst, you'll lead reporting automation, consolidate results across 11 assets, and own the year-end audit process. You'll be the go-to for all Gas Market financial queries, ensuring data integrity and quality. This role blends technical accounting, stakeholder engagement, and project leadership—perfect for someone who's ready to step up and shape the future of finance.

About You

You're a technically strong finance professional with a passion for turning complexity into clarity. You bring deep expertise in accounting standards (AASB/IFRS), financial reporting, and data-driven insight, ideally from infrastructure, utilities, or construction environments. You're not just analytical—you're commercially savvy, with the ability to distil complex financial information into meaningful insights for senior stakeholders.

To be successful, you'll need:

  • CA or CPA qualification (mandatory)
  • Tertiary degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
  • Strong understanding of SAP (FI/CO/CATS/PS)
  • Demonstrated experience in financial reporting, analysis, and stakeholder engagement
  • A proactive mindset and ability to lead and influence without direct authority
