Commercial Leasing Manager Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Commercial Leasing Manager to join our team in maximizing commercial performance across our restaurant teams.

This includes portfolio management of our full ANZ estate, coordinating administrative leasing requirements for new sites, expansions, relocations, renewals, and divestments.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support the National Leasing Manager with lease agreement management.
  2. Serve as the central point of contact for operations counterparts on lease-related queries.
  3. Assist with administrative tasks and coordinate with external partners.
  4. Work with the Design & Construction team to facilitate accurate costing and scoping of new build projects.
  5. Oversee creation of Deeds of Termination, Settlement, or Assignment for site exits.
  6. Cordinate landlord approvals for maintenance works and seek landlord contribution/participation for lessor works.
  7. Identify centre-based marketing opportunities with the Marketing Team.
  8. Maintain Leaseagle as Nando's online lease management system.

Requirements:

  • Experience in retail leasing or property portfolio management, preferably in food retail.
  • A working knowledge of Leaseagle is highly desirable.
  • High-level administration, organization, and multi-tasking skills.
