Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Leasing Specialist to join our team in Melbourne. The successful candidate will be responsible for transaction management reporting for our client's national retail portfolio.

About the Role:

  • Prepare, manage and coordinate reports to detail portfolio performance.
  • Collaborate with leasing, lease admin, property management and paralegal teams for accurate data delivery.
  • Maintain an up-to-date leasing WIP database for seamless reporting.
  • Distribute regular portfolio management reports including monthly Total Portfolio Summary, Active Retail Portfolio, Retail Leasing WIP and Key Lease Events Report.
  • Develop strategies for risk mitigation ensuring governance and data integrity.
  • Identify and resolve data-related issues enhancing data quality over time.
  • Address client requests and resolve issues swiftly.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary education in Accounting Finance Commerce or related discipline.
  • Good understanding of retail leasing and key drivers in retail space.
  • Proven experience in property industry with relevant analytical and diagnostic skills.
  • Prior experience in retail property accounting will be highly regarded.
  • Sound communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Flexible to changing situations and ability to deal with ambiguity.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritise work within tight deadlines.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and sound understanding of IT systems.
