Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Engineering Governance Strategist to lead the execution, operationalization, and improvement of engineering policies and standards across our organization.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive engineering standards, including documentation, communication, and technical enforcement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and enhance engineering standards and frameworks.
  • Manage central repositories (e.g., GitHub, Confluence) for standards, approved technologies, and related documentation.
  • Coordinate regular content for internal communications channels to ensure visibility and understanding of standards and changes.
  • Support technology radar and RFC processes, enabling engineers to propose, review, and adopt new technologies and practices.
  • Track adoption and effectiveness of standards, identifying opportunities for improvement and enhanced assurance.
  • Provide technical guidance in engineering governance activities, particularly around process lifecycle management and integration with existing systems.
Key Requirements
  • A strong technology background with an understanding of engineering principles, standards, and best practices.
  • Proactivity, attention to detail, and the ability to take ownership of initiatives from conception to operationalization and iteration.
  • The ability to foster a culture of continuous improvement and drive change effectively.
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies, including tooling such as Jira & Confluence.
  • Demonstrated risk and cost management mindset.
