About the Role

This critical and influential position reports to the International Markets CFO and acts as a strategic advisor to the ANZ executive team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute financial strategy aligned with global objectives.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to provide financial expertise and insights that drive profitable growth and operational efficiency.
  • Transform the finance function into a proactive, insight-led business partner.
  • Maintain strong internal controls, guarantee comprehensive compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements across Australia and New Zealand.
Financial Leadership

The Senior Financial Strategist will oversee the development of the ANZ National Sales Company's financial plan, ensuring alignment with global objectives. They will also lead the finance team in providing strategic financial guidance and support to the executive leadership team.
