Clinical Services Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to work within the Northern Adelaide Local Health Network as a Clinical Services Manager within the Child Protection Service.
As a key member of the management team, you will provide professional leadership for the Allied Health staff within the Child Protection Service, ensuring the delivery of high-quality clinical practice, clinical supervision, and education and training.
You will be responsible for contributing to the development and implementation of strategies to meet the health needs of the NALHN's population, consistent with the SA Health Care Plan.
Key responsibilities include:
- Management and coordination of clinical practice, clinical supervision, and education and training.
- Facilitation, development, and coordination of resources to support high-quality clinical practice and client-centered care.
- Provision of high-level professional expert advice and information to the Director in relation to policy or system changes/enhancements.
- Contribution to strategic planning processes and development of organisational policies and procedures.
- Development, provision, and management of a quality, cost-efficient, and integrated Child Protection Service.
- Management of complex projects involving several personnel from the Child Protection Service and/or the child protection system.
- Contribution to financial and workforce management of the Child Protection Service.
- Delivery and management of efficient work practices and culture of continued quality improvement.
- Evaluation of service effectiveness through monitoring, analysing, and evaluating current systems.
To be eligible for this position, you must hold an appropriate degree or equivalent qualification for one of the following Allied Health disciplines working in the service:
- Must have an Appropriate Degree or equivalent qualifications which gives eligibility for full membership of the Australian Association of Social Work.
- Must hold a Masters Degree in Clinical or Applied Psychology or equivalent qualification recognised by the Psychology Board of Australia.
