About the Role

The Clinical Psychologist will be part of the integrated community multi-disciplinary team, responsible for delivering evidence-based discipline-specific assessment, case conceptualisation, consultation, individual and group therapy. The role may also involve providing care coordination for consumers who are actively engaged in psychological therapy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver evidence-based discipline-specific assessment, case conceptualisation, consultation, individual and group therapy
  • Provide care coordination for consumers who are actively engaged in psychological therapy
  • Work collaboratively with consumers, carers, and other staff within the team and the community
  • Develop and implement clinical plans to maximise outcomes for consumers and support successful community tenure
  • Participate in educational, supervision, quality improvement and planning activities
Requirements
  • Must hold an appropriate Master's degree in Clinical Psychology or equivalent qualification as recognised by the Psychology Board of Australia (PsyBA)
  • Must hold general registration with the PsyBA
  • Current National Police Clearance (NPC)
  • Working with Children Check
  • Immunisation screening as indicated in the role description
