About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned professional to lead key client relationships as their strategic partner. As a Senior Account Manager, you'll be responsible for managing complex campaigns from planning to delivery, ensuring high-quality integrated solutions that drive client success.

Key responsibilities will include mentoring and guiding the account team, fostering collaboration and professional growth while serving as the primary point of contact for clients. You'll also oversee campaign planning, budget management, and delivery across multiple channels.

In addition to these core duties, you'll translate client needs into clear and actionable creative briefs for internal teams, identify opportunities for growth, pitch new ideas, and contribute to business development. A key part of the role will be driving innovation, challenging existing norms, and contributing fresh creative solutions to enhance processes and outcomes.

Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in account management, preferably in a creative agency
  • Proven experience managing large, complex accounts and building senior-level client relationships
  • Strong leadership and team mentorship skills
  • Experience driving new business and presenting growth opportunities to clients
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, project management, and organisational skills
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication
  • High attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional results
