About This Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled administrative professional to provide support to our sales team.

This role involves delivering exceptional administrative services, ensuring seamless sales operations and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and manage sales orders, quotes, and invoices efficiently.
  • Coordinate logistics and scheduling to meet customer needs.
  • Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to orders and billing.
  • Develop and maintain accurate sales reports for informed business decisions.
  • Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with logistics or warehouse teams to optimize supply chain management.
  • Ensure all sales documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in contract preparation and review processes.
  • Communicate updates on procedures and pricing to stakeholders.
  • Contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives to enhance sales performance.
About You
  • You have at least 2 years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably in sales or customer-facing environments.
  • You possess strong attention to detail and ability to multitask with tight deadlines.
  • You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • You have a friendly and confident approach to customer service, with the ability to handle concerns professionally and empathetically.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and sales/order processing software.
  • A Certificate III in Business Administration is desirable but not essential.
