Sales Support Specialist

Enhance operational efficiency by collaborating with the Sales and Operations team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with service orders, generating quotations as required.
  • Maintain accurate customer files and database records.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction regarding their service.
  • Advocate for customers, escalating any issues for swift resolution.
  • Process customer purchase orders with precision, adhering to data accuracy and customer requirements.
  • Oversee policy governance around the sales process, ensuring consistent service delivery in line with our process.
Requirements:
  • A positive attitude, willing to assist others with a proactive approach.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, both face-to-face and over the phone.
  • Intermediate MS office skills, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Ideal experience: 2-3 years in a sales support environment.
  • Certificate III in Business Administration or experience with Service-Based Accounting software is highly desirable.
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems, particularly Business Central (BC), is highly desirable.
