Seeking a Sales And Marketing Specialist, 10 hours per week, flexible work from home position (take all school holidays off).

Our business is booming and we're seeking a talented person to help us grow our online presence.

What We Offer:

  • 10 hours a week, 100% flexible and the ability to work remotely, you do not have to commit to working certain hours on certain days, as long as the work gets done it doesn't matter when it's being done
  • You do need to be within driving distance of the Perth CBD so that you can attend the public courses and create content
  • A casual, 6-month contract with potential for extension for the right person
  • Join a company comprised of three working Mums who all understand the juggle
  • Take the school holidays off like we do

Who we are:

Questamon is a construction training company with a solid reputation in the industry, and we're excited to expand our reach with the launch of our online course. We're looking for a talented Marketing Specialist to help us market and grow the online side of our business and also support marketing for the established face-to-face courses that we offer.

What we need:

  • Coordinate with course creator to understand unique selling points and target audience needs
  • Create marketing plan then oversee implementation
  • Create content to increase brand awareness and manage social media presence
  • Optimise existing mailing list of 5000
  • Revise and update website
  • Utilize SEO, paid ads, and website conversion strategies to drive traffic and sales
  • Coordinate with offshore service provider and manage direct sales strategies
  • Analyze and report on marketing efforts to ensure success and growth
  • Massive bonus points if you're familiar with Kajabi

Remuneration: negotiable based on experience starting at $50 per hour.
