About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced ER Specialist to join our high-performing team. This role is ideal for someone with deep expertise in Employee Relations, particularly in managing complex litigation and providing strategic guidance in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end ER matters, including Unfair Dismissals, General Protections claims, Stop Bullying and Stop Sexual Harassment orders.
  • Take a hands-on approach in managing workplace grievances and investigations, including bullying, harassment, discrimination, and victimisation claims.
  • Oversee disciplinary processes from informal discussions to formal actions.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to leaders on managing performance concerns and sensitive employee matters.
  • Act as a key point of escalation for Advisers and Senior Advisers, supporting them with complex cases and providing advice.
  • Support the Associate Director on strategic ER work, including leadership training, policy review, and improving case management processes.

Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in HR or ER-related fields.
  • 6+ years of experience in providing ER advice, with a strong emphasis on litigation.
  • At least 3 years of experience managing conciliations and disputes in employment tribunals.
  • Proven ability to manage workplace investigations, grievances, and disciplinary matters effectively.
  • Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management, collaborating with leadership teams.
