ER Specialist

We are seeking an experienced ER Specialist to join our high-performing team. This role is ideal for someone with deep expertise in Employee Relations, particularly in managing complex litigation and providing strategic guidance in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end ER matters, including Unfair Dismissals, General Protections claims, Stop Bullying and Stop Sexual Harassment orders.
- Take a hands-on approach in managing workplace grievances and investigations, including bullying, harassment, discrimination, and victimisation claims.
- Oversee disciplinary processes from informal discussions to formal actions.
- Provide coaching and guidance to leaders on managing performance concerns and sensitive employee matters.
- Act as a key point of escalation for Advisers and Senior Advisers, supporting them with complex cases and providing advice.
- Support the Associate Director on strategic ER work, including leadership training, policy review, and improving case management processes.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in HR or ER-related fields.
- 6+ years of experience in providing ER advice, with a strong emphasis on litigation.
- At least 3 years of experience managing conciliations and disputes in employment tribunals.
- Proven ability to manage workplace investigations, grievances, and disciplinary matters effectively.
- Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management, collaborating with leadership teams.
