The Reserve Bank of Australia is seeking an experienced Employee Relations professional to join a collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities- Leverage your ER case management expertise to support workplace matters.
- Support the development and implementation of employee relations strategies and initiatives.
You will provide day-to-day advisory services and support across the organisation to all levels of management and employees related to a range of employee relations matters.
You will have a background and experience from a similar role, engaged at all levels of management across a broad range of employee matters such as investigations, employee grievances, performance and disciplinary matters.
Required Skills and QualificationsExperience in end-to-end ER case management which is supported by:
- Demonstrated experience in employee relations matters such as investigations, employee grievances, performance and disciplinary matters.
- Concise and timely follow up and engagement with staff and managers on employee related matters.
- Assisting with gathering information for the preparation of responses to support matters before Fair Work Commission and any industrial tribunals.
- High level of integrity dealing with sensitive matters and a positive, professional demeanour with a passion for due diligence and reaching quality employee relations outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with an ability to communicate complexity to diverse stakeholder levels and actively listen to build a detailed understanding.
- Well organised in working independently to manage multiple tasks and to thrive in an evolving environment.
- Support in industrial relations matters including enterprise agreement negotiation and disputes is highly desirable but not essential.
- Degree qualification in Human Resources and/or Industrial Relations or equivalent experience.
