Seeking an experienced ER specialist to manage complex employee relations in a dynamic and high-performing team. This role involves end-to-end management of ER matters, including unfair dismissals, general protections claims, stop bullying and sexual harassment orders. Key responsibilities include managing workplace grievances and investigations, overseeing disciplinary processes from informal discussions to formal actions, providing coaching and guidance to leaders on managing performance concerns and sensitive employee matters, and acting as a key point of escalation for advisers and senior advisers.

Key Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in HR, ER or related fields.
  • 6+ years of experience in providing ER advice with a strong emphasis on litigation.
  • At least 3 years of experience managing conciliation's and disputes in the Fair Work Commission or similar employment tribunals.
  • Proven ability to manage workplace investigations, grievances and disciplinary matters effectively and impartially.
  • Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management, collaborating with leadership teams at all levels of the business.
