- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of products/services.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to assess client satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement.

- Identify and pursue new opportunities to connect with potential clients and partners.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase the visibility of our services in the community.
- Organize and execute events, workshops, and information sessions to engage the community and promote our services.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and strategies for events.
- Ensure events run smoothly and are well-attended.
- Make outreach calls to potential clients and partners, providing information about our services and answering any questions.
- Follow up with leads and ensure timely communication with all stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in the CRM system.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to outreach and relationship management.
- Provide feedback to management on community needs and trends.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our services and outreach efforts.
We are seeking a candidate with:
- Proven experience in a relationship management, sales, or community engagement role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
- Familiarity with the NDIS and the disability services sector is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for community outreach and events.
