About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Customer Relationship Officer to join our team at the Community Bank Rupanyup branch. As a key member of our branch team, you will provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers, helping them to achieve their financial goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a seamless branch experience by meeting customers' end-to-end banking needs.
- Explore customers' needs and circumstances, and provide consumer lending and other financial solutions relevant to their lifestyle.
- Demonstrate a high level of ownership by building strong relationships with new and existing customers and the wider community.
- Actively engage customers to explore the best products and services to suit their needs.
About You
We are looking for someone who is keen to learn and progress in their career. A successful Customer Relationship Officer will bring:
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales results through solutions that truly meet the customer's needs.
- Ability to effectively communicate with new and existing customers face-to-face and over the phone.
- The ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
- A high level of banking product knowledge, including transactions accounts, insurance, term deposits, and credit cards.
- Experience in consumer lending and the banking and finance industry - a plus but not essential.
