Customer Relationship Officer

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Relationship Officer. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet customers' end-to-end banking needs across transaction activities, exploring needs and circumstances, and providing consumer lending and other financial solutions relevant to their lifestyle.
- Demonstrate a high level of ownership by building strong relationships with new and existing customers and the wider community.
- Actively engage customers to explore the best products and services to suit their needs.
- Comfortably work in a changing environment as we adapt to digitization and educate and support customers with their digital literacy and online banking needs.
About You:
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales results through solutions that truly meet customers' needs.
- Ability to effectively communicate with new and existing customers face-to-face and over the phone.
- The ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
- A high level of banking product knowledge, including transactions accounts, insurance, term deposits, and credit cards.
- Experience in consumer lending and the banking and finance industry - a plus but not essential.
