About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Learning Strategist to drive workforce development and uplift through impactful coaching, creative learning design, and engaging programs.

  • Deliver tailored capability programs that meet adult learning principles and organisational objectives.
  • Design and implement bespoke blended learning solutions for onboarding, leadership, technical, and functional skill-building.
  • Drive mandatory training programs for compliance, safety, and future-readiness.
  • Equip leaders to provide on-the-job coaching and foster a culture of continuous feedback and growth.
  • Facilitate high-impact learning events, coach frontline managers, and champion a learning culture across the organisation.
  • Oversight of the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring data-driven insights, compliance tracking, and smart reporting.
  • Collaboration with stakeholders to keep capability calendars, content libraries, and programs relevant, engaging, and aligned to business goals.
What You'll Bring
  • A deep understanding of adult learning principles, learning design, and capability frameworks.
  • A proven track record in facilitating engaging learning experiences, both online and in-person.
  • Experience in coaching managers, driving learning transfer, and embedding development into performance.
  • Strong skills in LMS operations, content curation, and reporting.
