**Job Title:** Learning and Development Lead

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving school improvement in academic, cultural, sporting and vocational areas, as well as literacy and numeracy.

We are seeking a qualified teacher with approval to teach PD/Health/PE (7-12) who can lead staff in implementing the new curriculum.

The successful applicant will have high level cultural competency, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with the executive team.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Leading and designing quality teaching programs
  • Managing resources effectively
  • Initiating improvement in teaching, learning and classroom practice

The ideal candidate will also have knowledge of and commitment to the Department's Aboriginal education policy.
