About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Retail Banking Services team as a Customer Service Representative. As the public face of CommBank, you will play a critical role in delivering a seamless banking experience to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customers' transactional banking needs, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Process transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, bank cheques, transfers, and CommFX, with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Conduct financial health checks to assess customers' needs, identify opportunities for growth, and recommend relevant products or services.
  • Assist with cash and ATM procedures, ensuring seamless transactions and customer satisfaction.
  • Educate and demonstrate in-branch technology and digital banking options to customers, enhancing their financial literacy and confidence.
  • Adhere to the Bank's processes and procedures, including accurate transaction reconciliation, customer financial position reviews, and championing our strong risk culture.
