  • Provide exceptional customer service to trades customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Manage warehouse duties, including stock management, order fulfillment, and inventory control.
  • Ensure the accurate handling and storage of HVAC&R products, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
  • Reliably attend to assigned schedules and meet performance expectations.

**Requirements:**

  • Previous customer service experience, particularly in dealing with trades customers.
  • Warehouse experience is essential, with a focus on inventory management and order fulfillment.
  • Attention to detail and reliability are crucial in this role.
  • A valid LF license (Counterbalance and/or high reach) is preferred.
