Key Responsibilities- Respond to customers' transactional banking needs, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience.
- Process transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, bank cheques, transfers, and CommFX, with accuracy and efficiency.
- Conduct financial health checks to assess customers' needs, identify opportunities for product or service enhancements, and provide tailored solutions.
- Assist with cash and ATM procedures, ensuring seamless customer interactions.
- Educate and demonstrate in-branch technology and digital banking options to customers, promoting financial literacy and empowerment.
- Adhere to the Bank's processes and procedures, including accurate transaction reconciliation, customer financial position reviews, and championing our strong risk culture.
