About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized HR graduate to join our dynamic People Services Team at VMCH. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate employee records, ensuring data integrity, and supporting various HR projects.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Support HR processes and ensure compliance with organizational requirements.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate employee records.
  • Prepare employment contracts and changes as needed.
  • Act as the first point of contact for HR queries and provide excellent customer service.
About You
  • Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business, Psychology, Law, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong IT skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and project management skills.
