This critical role involves providing Human Resources support to our Fulfillment Centre associates, helping us deliver exceptional customer experiences. As an HR Support Specialist, you will be responsible for executing people initiatives, offering internal customer support, and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement.

Job Responsibilities
  • HR Support: Provide general support and guidance to leaders and employees on People matters, including benefits, pay, policy, and wellbeing.
  • Employee Inquiries: Respond to employee queries regarding employment-related matters, escalating issues as necessary.
  • Performance Investigations: Manage performance and misconduct investigations, supporting and coaching leaders in the management of their teams.
  • Process Improvement: Lead and execute people and process improvement initiatives and projects, focusing on enhancing operational efficiency and employee satisfaction.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employment records, updating HR systems accordingly.
  • Administrative Support: Provide high-level administrative support, including documentation, data reporting, and supporting general activities across the employee lifecycle.
  • Subject-Matter Expertise: Act as a Subject-Matter Expert for employees, escalating complex issues as necessary.
  • Training and Guidance: Provide training and guidance on policies, processes, and systems to employees, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 6+ months of Human Resources experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
