About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized HR Administrator Specialist to join our team in the People Services Department. As an integral part of our organization, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate employee records, supporting HR processes, and assisting with various projects across multiple HR Information Systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain employee records in accordance with organizational requirements.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees and management.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong IT skills.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and project management skills.
