Workday System Analyst Role

This position is a key part of our IT group, focusing on supporting the HR management system Workday.

We are seeking an experienced Workday System Analyst to join our Corporate division in Melbourne. As a Workday Systems Analyst, you will play a lead role in resolving issues within the Workday system and integration with our payroll systems.

Your responsibilities will include providing level 3 support for the Workday HCM system, implementing changes to the Workday integration through Workday Studio, designing and configuring Workday modules to meet business needs, and providing guidance and best practices for Workday use and implementation.

You will also assist with data migration, integration errors, and testing new implementations, collaborate with the technical team and other stakeholders to ensure successful Workday solutions, and continuously monitor the Workday system to make recommendations for improvements.

Requirements
  • Demonstrated extensive Workday Core HCM experience, including strong functional knowledge and configuration experience in Workday Core HCM, Recruitment and Compensation, and Security.
  • Good functional knowledge and experience in Workday absence, talent, and reporting.
  • Strong business analysis skills, including requirements gathering and process mapping.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills to effectively liaise with IT vendors on system support and development.
  • Experience with Workday Studio and integrating to payroll systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, IT, project management, or equivalent qualification.
