We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our leadership team at Myer Hobart.   • Manage daily activities of your team to drive financial performance and optimize productivity

  • Maximize team service and selling activities by effective management and delegation to minimize operational activities
  • Lead, empower, and inspire your team to develop the next generation of Myer leaders
  • Focus on developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
About You
  • Previous experience as a retail manager, area manager, or similar role
  • Fashion or soft goods experience is advantageous but not essential
  • Strong people leadership skills with a 'hands-on' approach to providing coaching and development
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a team to achieve sales and meet KPIs
  • Experience in performance management is highly regarded
  • Superior customer service and selling skills
  • Strong retail, financial, and business acumen
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
