Customer Care Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Care Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our commercial client accounts team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day requirements of our clients to ensure customer advocacy, satisfaction, and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer support by responding to queries and service-related requirements in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct both inbound and outbound warm calls to convert sales opportunities and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Promptly escalate any issues beyond your scope and understanding to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Proactively advise clients of issues affecting preventative or ad-hoc services to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up on service recommendations and quotes to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain regular customer contact cycles that meet both company and customer requirements.
  • Ensure that courteous and prompt service is provided to all customer inquiries.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced and highly administrative customer service role or sales role.
  • Commitment to delivering a high level of support and customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong time management skills and high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • High level of organization and ability to work in a team environment to meet relevant branch/team performance targets and KPIs.
  • Strong computer skills, including the use of Microsoft packages, particularly Excel, and ability to quickly adapt to new software.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and a positive, professional, and enthusiastic attitude.
