**The Role**

We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Humanitarian Case Manager to join our team in Townsville, providing mobile, outreach, and centre-based case management support to individuals and families experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness. You will operate from a strength-based and capacity-building framework, promoting social inclusion, human rights, participation, and consumer choice.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide holistic assessment of client needs and develop effective case plans
  • Work directly with clients who have complex needs, demonstrating empathy and understanding
  • Collaborate with staff and clients from diverse backgrounds, fostering a culture of respect and humility

**Requirements:**

  • Sound casework and case management experience, with a focus on community-based services
  • Demonstrated ability to work competently with vulnerable populations, including those with complex needs
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
