Account Manager

 About This Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering campaigns against set objectives, identifying and developing client relationships/opportunities, and serving as a valued team member and resource for clients, junior members, and all internal and external stakeholders.

 Main Responsibilities
  • Manage client campaigns/projects on a day-to-day basis, including regular work-in-progress updates and project delivery
  • Develop proactive thinking about clients' businesses and provide solutions-driven client communications
  • Develop media strategy, press relations, social media, and influencer strategy, and manage them effectively
  • Create innovative ideas, write proposals, and set key performance indicators for clients
  • Effectively manage self and junior team members
 About You
  • Have at least 4 years of experience in an agency environment (or similar)
  • Be passionate about telling engaging stories for clients with solid media, influencer, and stakeholder contacts
  • Have experience managing projects and retained campaigns for diverse brands
  • Be independent-thinking, confident in generating fresh ideas, and have excellent written skills
  • Have a genuine passion for the industry and its brands
