Job Title: Key Relationship Builder

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Key Relationship Builder to join our team. As a Key Relationship Builder, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key clients, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to drive business growth and expansion
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients
  • Develop and implement tailored solutions to meet client needs and exceed expectations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and support to clients
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators to measure success and identify areas for improvement
Requirements
  • Proven track record in sales or account management with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and expansion
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work
  • High level of commercial awareness and understanding of the market
