The Centre for Continuing Education is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Services Liaison to provide general administrative and client services support.

  • This role requires strong organizational skills to coordinate activities, including managing enquiries and providing customer service.
  • You will apply an understanding of clients' needs to support their progression to an enrolment.
  • Your key responsibilities include delivering daily administrative services via telephone, email, and in person, ensuring professional and timely support is provided to staff, students, and visitors.
  • You will process enrolments, payments, credit vouchers, refunds, and invoice requests, as well as liaise with debtors and creditors to ensure timely resolution of outstanding payments.
  • Additionally, you will provide advice, guidance, and information to students about course offerings, including recommendations based on individual needs.

  • You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience handling enquiries and providing customer service.
  • You will possess strong problem-solving abilities, using initiative and sound judgement.
  • You will be able to prioritise workload effectively during busy periods.
