Innovative Digital Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Digital Producer to play a pivotal role in shaping the digital landscape of our organization.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for spearheading the development and delivery of innovative digital solutions that drive business growth and enhance customer experiences.
This key position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ideate, design, and implement tactical and non-tactical campaigns, as well as personalized content across multiple channels.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing campaign strategies that meet business objectives.
- Leveraging Sitecore and Tealium to create engaging experiences that drive conversions and merchandising activities.
- Collaborating with Product Managers and stakeholders to define backlog initiatives and features.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- At least 3 years' experience working as a digital/web/content producer.
- Experience working across a wide range of digital projects (content or product).
- Creative skills to oversee the production of quality digital content and/or product.
- Ability to develop strategy based on strong research and data analysis or competitive reviews.
- Skills in Adobe platforms such as Adobe Analytics, Sitecore, and Tealium.
- Audience Manager/Tealium highly desirable or equivalent.
- HTML and CSS experience highly desirable.
- Familiarity with analytical tools and sets to produce compelling web-based solutions.
- Ability to estimate delivery of digital projects and/or product assessment.
