Job Title: Product Designer Service Design Focus

As a seasoned Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development of innovative digital products. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the user experience and creating design solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate creative ideas into interactive prototypes for thorough testing and iteration
  • Design and conduct qualitative and quantitative user research to inform design decisions
  • Utilize data analytics to measure impact and inform design choices
  • Explore AI integration into product workflows and user experiences to enhance innovation
  • Create high-fidelity UI designs, design systems, and component libraries to ensure consistency and coherence
  • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure seamless design-to-development handovers
  • Support the creation of ad-hoc design assets for marketing and content initiatives

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in digital product design, UI/UX, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in a related discipline
  • Proficiency in Figma, with strong skills in Photoshop/Illustrator
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with user research platforms and analytics tools (Maze, UserTesting, Hotjar, Google Analytics, Amplitude)
  • Experience with rapid prototyping and data-driven design to drive innovation
  • Interest in integrating AI into design workflows to enhance creativity
