Senior Compensation Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end compensation cycles, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines. They will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure seamless processing and maintain accurate records.
This is a key role that offers autonomy, a clear scope of work, and opportunities for growth and development. The successful candidate will have the ability to interpret and apply statutory reporting requirements, manage payroll across multiple entities, and provide excellent customer service.
- 4-5 years' experience in compensation management
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and compliance
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
This is a full-time position that requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail. The successful candidate will be based in Melbourne and will work a hybrid schedule with flexibility to manage their time effectively.
