Lead Business Insights Consultant

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive business growth through data-driven strategies.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements
  • Develop detailed technical specifications for system integrations and APIs
  • Analyze and model complex business processes and data structures
  • Foster alignment between development teams, stakeholders, and architects
  • Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to inform solution design
  • Support delivery teams through the full SDLC, including implementation and UAT
  • Identify trends, validate system behavior, and inform business decisions using data insights

Profile:

  • A successful Lead Business Insights Consultant should have
  • At least 10 years' experience in Business Analysis, preferably in transformation projects
  • Strong skills in writing API specs, system integration, and technical documentation
  • Deep understanding of data models, databases, and data mapping principles
  • Excellent facilitation and communication skills, with a proven ability to engage diverse stakeholders
  • Proficiency in DevOps, SQL, Confluence, Excel, Miro, and diagramming tools
  • Able to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments
  • Construction industry experience is a significant advantage but not essential
