Data-Driven Business Growth Expert

We're seeking a skilled Business Insights Analyst to drive business growth by leveraging data.
In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in developing reports, customer presentations and contributing to quarterly business reviews. You'll be responsible for presenting business insights to brand partners, interpreting data trends and turning them into actionable outcomes. Additionally, you'll enhance current company data analysis methods, work with various databases and utilise strong Excel skills to communicate complex data effectively.
This position requires experience in an insights / data agency environment or a relevant Analyst role from the FMCG/Consumer Goods or retail industry. The successful candidate will have demonstrated expertise in Circana, Nielsen or related data programs, exceptional communication skills and the ability to tell a story through data.
You'll collaborate closely with the broader commercial team across multiple projects, brands and customer groups. In return, you'll gain valuable experience working with large datasets, developing business insights and driving business decisions.
