Are you a skilled professional with expertise in building management systems, fire safety, HVAC, or security?

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team with a focus on planned service agreements (PSA). The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business development strategies and be able to nurture industry relationships to promote visibility in the market.

The role involves identifying, qualifying, selling, and closing new recurring service business opportunities through PSA agreements. You will also develop digitally enabled service products for new PSA offerings and work collaboratively with local teams to support successful proposal and estimate development.

Key responsibilities include establishing and maintaining client relationships to understand their needs and priorities, negotiating and agreeing contract terms and conditions, and deal closure and handover to service delivery teams.
